  • HUD Approved Housing Counselor: HUD (Department of Housing and Urban Development) regulates programs a variety of housing programs to prevent homelessness. A HUD housing counselor can assist a patron with the following: 

    • Becoming a homeowner

    • Foreclosure assistance

    • Reverse mortgages

    • Home improvements/repairs to my home

    • Renting
